Over Easter weekend we took our “babymoon”. For those of you not familiar with this, it is a word created to describe the last time you can get away as a couple before the little one arrives and takes over your life for at least the next 18 years. We decided to stay close to home, so we chose New Hope. We stayed at a little B&B called the Wedgewood Inn. We started off with massages on our arrival, in hopes this would be a good de-stressor. The doctor told me I need to reduce the amount of stress in my life (work, grad school, moving, baby in 10 weeks)… no problem! Sleeping has also become very difficult with having to sleep on my side. My legs and hips have been very sore, so I hoped the massage would help. While the massage was very relaxing, it did not seem to help my sleeping woes. Oh well, this all comes with the territory I suppose. After massages we checked in to our inn and then wandered around town. We purchased 2 adorable Grateful Dead onesies, which of course was all Rich’s idea 
We had a lovely dinner at the Mansion Inn that night. The next day we hit peddler’s village where we found a nice bakery. We then headed for a beautiful drive down River Road and then had a late lunch in Lambertville. That night we had a wonderful dinner at Marsha Brown’s. The restaurant is in an old converted church, making for a beautiful space. We discovered that the baby apparently loves king crab legs, as I felt some of the biggest kicks yet while eating them. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. The picture above was taken after our dinner there. As you will note, I had a minor spill, which in person was barely noticable but the camera kindly decided to accentuate it. Aside from the spot, I liked this picture, and it’s the best one of us from the weekend, so I decided to post it anyway.
